One of the aims of AILDM is to encourage professionalism and exemplary and ethical work practices. Being a member is highly valued as a real point of difference when consumers are seeking quality and reliability.
Full member applications are reviewed by a volunteer Membership Committee which consists of AILDM's Membership Director and two previous Presidents. The Membership Committee assesses membership applications and also assists the CPD Director with random reviews of CPD logs and activities.
If you are in the process of upgrading, or thinking about getting your portfolio and application together, and are not sure if you have satisfied the requirements, we are running a Question and Answer Session directed at you.
