To attain full AILDM membership status you need to submit a portfolio of your best examples of work, following the portfolio guidelines set by AILDM. Full member applications are reviewed by a volunteer Membership Committee which consists of the Membership Director and two previous Presidents. The Membership Committee assesses membership applications and also assists the CPD Director with random reviews of CPD logs and activities.
Full membership entails a much broader range of benefits than student or recent graduate membership. Being a member is highly valued as a real point of difference when consumers are seeking quality and reliability.
An up to date portfolio is also a real asset when going for a job interview or pitching to a potential new client.
